Font based typographic logos are immortal, they are easy to create (unless you are using your own custom font), easy to print and easy to brand. We already are aware of brands like Google, IBM, Disney etc. Their fonts and distinction is classic and you can’t really forget them, do you?

Lets implore in the world of famous typographic branded logos so that we can check out the power in text based logos.

These examples clearly shows that worlds top companies favors text based logos and i’m pretty sure there are some reasons strong reasons behind this. I personally think text based logos are recognizable even when printed in black and white, which is a pretty strong cause to favor text based logos, moreover shows the full name which is really good for branding. I personally can visually categorize the above logos in many different categories but i’d like to leave tthat to you as your the ultimate end users and i think you should have the freedom to categories the logos according to your own pattern, but still if you are interested about some interesting categories you can check this.

Showcase Of Beautiful Pink, Orange And Brown Websites

Today we’ll inspire ourselves with some beautiful websites which are using Pink, Brown and Orange as their main base colors. I’m very sure there are many many many other beautiful sites which use this colors which i don’t know of, so i’d like you guys to let everyone know about those sites via comments, also let me know if you have some colors in mind.

Orange Websites

Orange is a very attractive colour, it combines the power of both red and yellow, it depicts, creativity, happiness, stimulation and so on. Truly saying if i had a corporate website i’d never have used due to the variety of age group as clients, but the examples here are really unique ones even for a corporate site. BTW did you know orange has a very high visibility rate, so its very effective for promoting natural products and toys.

Pink is a girly color so did i knew until i discovered this sites, i’m surprised some sites appealed me more than my girlfriend ..lol. Colour of love so some tells, Pink evokes different feeling in all together. If you are preparing sites for childrens and females pink is a very good option.

Showcase Of Beautiful Red, Green, & Blue Websites

In this article we’ll go through some great examples of sites using red, green and blue as their base colors, i have started with primary colours and in future articles will move on to the secondary ones, or even tertiary. If you have a colour in mind for your next project then its worth watching the examples, even if you don’t have i guess you’ll get your theme colour by the end of the article. Enjoy!!

Blue as base colour

Blue is a very calming color, it depicts peace, tranquility and it shades of blues infuses purity, trust, it is mostly preferred by men. There was a time when it was highly used by corporates and NGO’s, but now its also used by other different types of sites. In the list below i have tried to put in front of you some beautiful designs using blue palate, and here sky is not the limit !!

The site uses a mix of blue and green a perfect blend for anything natural and artistic, and being a webdev site it suits the theme perfectly.

The greenish blue gives a pleasing and appealing look and making it truly web 2.0

Yet another web development site, gray with blue gives an elegance to the site. And really appealing and simple design to go with it.

Though the design itself is not truly relevant to the theme but it blends with it and the light shades used makes the site really attractive.

Green as base colour

Whenever i see green it makes me feel as if i gained some energy, even the backstage’s used to be green , hence name green room, The core color of mother nature represents tranquility, health, renewal. It can be used as both warming and cooling effect. Lets browse through some awesome green sites.

The stock image is a facelift in itself, the whole piller of the coolness of the site is the green image, used with gray it gives a warmth and sporty look.

Red as base colour

Red is the color for excitement, energy, power, intense emotion. It is not much used web designs, and used sparingly as its extreme color and tiring to eyes, but as always there are exceptions. I prefer not to use it as base color, but as highlights, but everyone have their choice.

Site of a wine company, darkish red goes with the color of wine, black and red together gives seductive feel.

White is the most soothing highlight with red, and this one uses it.

I specially like this one due to its non standard design, kinda unique.

Again red-white, almost a rule.

Red-yellow, red-tints, whatever i find this looking good but i think they should have more white though.

This one is the best red site i can find, with perfect shiny radial gradients and shadows, and great yellow highlights, being a hosting company the red in the highlight image attracts the customers, i find this pleasing.

Of course you have a business card, and if you don’t have you’ll obviously need it in future. Business card is like your personality in your absence. As a general rule, a successful person has a unique and strong personality which is felt on his presence, similarly your business card should make itself stand out from the other ordinary cards. It should pronounce what you do it should create curiosity in the person holding the card to know you. Now you must be thinking all things how can it be possible in such a small card, how can i give in my whole personality, taste in it?
